This article conducts an 8-week experimental training for 16 students in the sports swimming class of Beijing Sport University.The control group performed traditional core strength training.The experimental group used balance plates combined with core strength training.There were no statistically significant differences in the core strength,balance ability,core stability,and stability in water tested before the experiment.Significant differences.The eight-week systematic training of the two groups of subjects resulted in the following findings:(1)Both the control group and the experimental group's training program can effectively improve the core strength of the swimmer,but the experimental group's program has a greater increase in the core strength of the swimmer compared to the control group's program,but the two do not have statistics.Significant differences in the sense of learning.The balance board combined with core strength training and relatively simple core strength training can better improve the core stability of swimmers,especially on the weak side of the stability of the Yang Bridge and the left side of the bridge to enhance the effect is more obvious.(2)Both the traditional core strength training and the balance board combined with the core strength training,both can improve the swimmer's static balance ability,and the balance board combined with the core strength training to improve the effect is better than the control group,especially in the right foot y There is a significant difference in shaft speed.(3)The balance board combined with core strength training and traditional core strength training has a certain role in the improvement of the dynamic balance ability of the swimmer,but the traditional core strength training does not have statistics for the stability of the left and right direction.Significant differences in significance,balance plate and core strength training on the left and right stability before and after the promotion is more effective than the control group,and there are significant differences,indicating that the balance board combined with core strength training can effectively target the left and right side of the weak muscle group To effective improvement.(4)In the dynamic balance ability of the water,the balance board combined with the core strength training and the traditional core strength training can effectively improve the swimmer's dynamic balance ability in the water,and the balance board can improve the dynamic balance ability of the swimmer's dynamic balance ability in combination with the core strength training.Larger,especially in the left and right side leg balance there is a significant difference.
