Questionnaires to collect data, interviewing relevantinformation, analysis of the survey research and analysis the present situation ofprimary school teachers learning community, these help summarizing the elementaryschool teachers’ participation in community existing shortcomings, and the maininfluencing factors that learning and teacher learning community did not play itspositive role.
