The concept of "community of practice" is developed with the situated cognition and learning theory, it is a study of metaphor, and gradually introduced into China by Chinese education workers in the field of practical education. Discussed the significance of the thesis, the research and value, research ideas and methods and research status at home and abroad.This article is divided into three parts.The first part, introduction. Introduces the question of the origin, research value and significance, research ideas and methods, and the present situation of the research at home and abroad.The second part, from the community, the community of practice, the concept of teacher practical community the concept, characteristics, theoretical basis of several aspects, discusses the theoretical background of teacher practical community exists, under the support of theoretical background, the teacher practical community is defined as:by teachers and their team including (principal, experts, scholars, consultants, etc.) of a formal or informal team, under the guidance of the community vision, in order to solve the actual problems existing in the teaching practice, based on sharing and creation spirit, to dialogue and consultation mechanism, by means of cooperation and mutual used to promote the teacher professional development of a learning ecosystem.The third part, find out the case teacher practical community, and in Japan, for example, learning community has carried on the detailed analysis of the Japanese, in order to help the construction of teacher practical community in China.The fourth part, analyses the influence factors of teacher practical community, mainly have six aspects:members of the community access and participation, the formation of a Shared vision and develop, cooperation culture, practice and communication platform, structural resource-sharing, a think-tank, development in the practice and reflection.The fifth part, in the case of Japan, on the basis of the guidance in the professional learning community, put forward the construction of teacher practical community pattern and construction strategy.
