Teacher knowledge is in the unceasing development, perfecting the construction of promoting teachers’ professional development.The importance of collaboration between teachers’ knowledge construction of increasingly apparent, more and more get the attention of the education, it is necessary for teachers to create a conducive to exchanges and cooperation platform, to promote the valuable knowledge creation teacher groups.A lot of learning organization in our country to promote teachers’ cooperation, but with the development of education, the disadvantages of them constantly emerge, did not achieve the desired effect.As one of the means to promote the development of teachers’ professional knowledge of the teacher community, more and more be taken seriously, the community of teachers’ knowledge on the analysis of the traditional learning organization research, on the basis of absorbing their advantages, get rid of its shortcomings, through the practice proved that the teacher knowledge community has a good effect.This thesis mainly content is as follows: through discussing the teacher knowledge community from the teachers’ professional knowledge, teachers’ professional ability, teachers’ professional spirit three angles to promote teachers’ professional development, put forward the necessity of building the teacher knowledge community, at the same time points out that the development of the teachers’ knowledge community also cannot leave the guidance of the teacher professional development.Selection in the teachers’ knowledge community to promote teachers’ professional development under the premise of to teachers’ knowledge construction as the breakthrough point of the study, further to explore the construction of teachers’ knowledge community.First of all, about the relevant concepts of this study "community of teachers, knowledge community, teachers’ knowledge community" is defined, and understand their respective characteristics and the relationship between them, this study focuses on the center of the word "community of teachers’ knowledge" discussed in this paper, and further discusses its theoretical basis and system are introduced, this paper discusses the ideal standards of teacher knowledge community, on this basis, the comprehensive research of teacher knowledge community building process and analyzes the obstacles in the investigation of junior middle school the actual reality factors of middle school teachers’ knowledge community construction in our country, the author put forward the strategy of the teachers’ knowledge construction.
