After the Excellence Movement and the Reconstruction Movement of American, the Professional Learning Community(PLC) is an effective way to make substantive progress under the background of knowledge economy, and is the realistic way to reform and develop the school’s education. Meanwhile, PLC is also regarded as a new paradigm of teachers’Progressive Changes which would reveal a huge vision of "in the 21st century school model", and now it has become the "hot subject" in academic. To be a new way of model in the development of teachers and school, we should make sure where the theory come from and how to operative, and even the value of PLC. So my thesis have a significance meaning in an empirical investigation way to exploring the value of PLC, and which also provide a breakthrough space for my study.The dissertation is on the comparison of the learning organization, the cooperative learning and the research group of education. And I find, PLC is a learning organization which a group of teachers with a common vision and to improve the practice of education and teaching. No doubt, the construction of PLC had a reliable theoretical basis, such as teachers’professional, the learning organization and the lifelong learning theory, and all of them can provide a better explanation and illustration. Otherwise, based on the SPSS software, the data reflect the basic characteristics of PLC in ChangSha school and its mechanism runs well, and also its status has great significant differences between different school levels.The realistic problem in the context is the construction of PLC. And the main framework of this dissertation is to find a reasonable way to built PLC which in an analysis and investigate way. Firstly, based on teacher’education faith, depth talk and transcendence to built a common vision. Secondly, to satisfy the need of teacher’ development, we can create a cooperation culture and cultivate the teacher’s self-discipline. Thirdly, carry out the Action Research to make sure the efficiency of the PLC. Fourthly, the core of leadership culture, the supportive condition and the good mechanism evaluation of teacher are also the key point. In a word, PLC is a developing subject which can make a great effect on the reform and the practice of education.
