The concept of quality education is now embedded.Quality education has beendeeply rooted in the concept development, and improve the quality of students qualityeducation is the requirement of the times, as well as educators should assume theresponsibility as a high school principal courses. One in mathematics, in improving thequality of students plays a vital role.Mathematical ideas and methods is the mathematical knowledge is the essence ofmathematics, understanding the nature of teaching and learning in the classroom.Therefore, in mathematics, mathematical methods in high school mathematics is animportant part of the foundation of knowledge. At the same time, mathematical methodsin the fields of mathematics and a rational understanding of the laws, and it in students’cognitive activities, and is being repeated application of mathematical problem solvingmathematical thinking guiding ideology. The education of their students can sense ofinnovation and allow students to recognize the value of mathematics in high school,commonly used in this article through a classification and elaborate mathematicalmethods, and in light of its own practice in teaching, research and high schoolmathematics teaching mathematical methods.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part explains the research purpose andresearch questions, research background, basic theory; the second part of themathematics thought and method, points out the meaning and characteristics ofmathematical thought and method; the third part discusses the significance and thestatus of teaching high school mathematics teaching pays attention to mathematicsthinking method; classification of fourth some methods for high school mathematicsthought common; the fifth part draw three teaching strategies to strengthen theinfiltration of high school mathematics thinking method, to study how math thinking inteaching; the sixth part combined with the teaching practice, with specific teachingcases to illustrate how to used in Mathematics Teaching of mathematical thought andmethod.
