Mathematical learning is a complex activity, it is influenced byteachers, are also affected by the students; Is influenced by objectiveenvironment, are also affected by the subjective psychological factors. Inthe process of mathematics learning, intelligence factors andnon-intelligence factors affecting students’ learning. Understanding roleof mental factors, and non-intelligence factors play a role. Studentslearning mathematics, not only acquire mathematical knowledge,mathematical skills and mathematical ability, more important is tocultivate their non-intelligence factor development, forms the goodpersonal qualities. Therefore, in the high school mathematics teaching tocultivate the students’ non-intelligence factors is necessary.This article is divided into five chapters, the specific content is asfollows:First, introduction. Mainly elaborated this article research purposeand significance, research status at home and abroad, research methodsand innovation.Second, the introduction to the theory of non-intellectual factors. Thischapter mainly from the three sides facing the non-intelligence factor areintroduced. First of all, this paper introduces the concept ofnon-intellectual factors, non-intellectual factors are divided into threelevels, and the elements of motivation, interest, emotion, will andcharacter are analyzed; Secondly, discuss the relationship betweennon-intelligence factors and mental factors, non-intellectual factors has apromoting effect on intelligence, active part, but only the two organiccombine, can really play a role; Finally, summarizes the role ofnon-intelligence factors in learning, mainly include the power, and theroles of guide, maintain, adjust action, supervision, and strengthen therole. Third, investigation and analysis. The third chapter mainly discussesthe ZhunGeEr first middle school, the high school and vocational highschool teachers and students to carry on the interview investigation. Themain purpose is to verify in the high school mathematics teaching,teachers for students if the cultivation of non-intelligence factors,non-intellectual factors are play an important role in the students’mathematics learning. Through interviews, the conclusion is: the teachersin the teaching, from teaching time, the college entrance examinationpressure, the influence of such factors in developing students’non-intelligence factors is not very seriously. For the students, thecultivation of non-intelligence factors in students’ mathematics learningplays a vital role.Fouth teaching strategies, cultivate students’ non-intelligence factors.This chapter mainly from the teaching content to cultivate students’non-intelligence factors teaching strategy is given. Teachers can into thehistory of mathematics in mathematics teaching, biographies ofmathematicians, mathematics content such as allusions, mathematicalculture and to increase students’ interest, cultivate patriotism and nationalconsciousness, arouse the enthusiasm of students learning. Through theabove strategies to cultivate the students’ non-intelligence factors.Fifth, the last word. It is very important to the cultivation ofnon-intelligence factors, teachers in the teaching in addition to teachingcontent to cultivate students’ non-intelligence factors, this method in theteaching through other method to further develop the students’non-intelligence factors, play a positive role in the students’ mathematicslearning is also need to further explore the issue.
