Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Career Planning Guidance

Along with our country higher education reform and development, and with the changesin college graduates’ employment situations, improving understanding of the socialenvironment of college students to improve their employability and proper planning hiscareer plays an important role.Therefore, how to carry out effective career planning guidancehas been an important content of school students’ education and management work.Togethercareer planning guidance is that colleges and universities have a purpose, plan, somemeasures and methods to help student correct and reasonable career plan to achieve thecareer development goals.In this study, a questionnaire survey, in three different college of Dalian, career planningfrom contents, forms, teachers and effects of four teams to investigate, to understand thestatus of college career planning. Through investigation, we found there are many problems,including: the content is not comprehensive enough, the form is not specific, teacher teams isnot professional and the effect is not significant.Combined with the current actual situation of the college students’ career planningguidance education, this research from institutional level, social level school level three ofthe institutions that affect career planning factors. Based on foreign excellent experiencesand combined with our actual situation, we think we should rely on a special career planningguidance center and design rich curriculum system and implementation of form, at the sametime, building enough teachers to ensure the effective development of college students’ careerplanning guidance.
