Our College Career Guidance Course A New System Build

With the high education's development in a popular style and the mature of market economy system in our country, the employment of college graduates more and more draw people's attention. And the importance of employment guidance is also emphasized. After so many years'practice, the work on college employment guidance has made some achievements, but there also exist lots of problems. For example, the guidance is always too late for the students; it is too graduate-oriented can not meet the needs of non-graduates; the idea on guidance is unclear, which more emphasizes employment logos and employment procedure and concentrates on the increase of employment rate; the contents of guidance is empty and full of preaching, which lacks substantial career plan and profession analysis with an aim; the form of direction is stereotyped, which more centers on classroom lecture and lacks social practice and employment psychological consultation with individuality; the teaching staff isn't qualified, most of whom switch to the job they were not trained for and their level of specialization is low; the effect of direction is not satisfying, which makes it hard for the college students to realizing their acknowledge matching.Based on the comparison between the development of employment system and the curriculum provision on employment both at home and abroad, this thesis summarizes and analyzes the current situation of employment guidance both at home and abroad. On the basis of career planning, it aims to set up a new curriculum system on college employment guidance in the new stage in China and helps to improve the curriculum on college employment and employment guidance in our country.This thesis is divided into five parts:Part I Introduction. It mainly introduces the aim, significance and the primary way of thinking and method of this research. Through analysis, it points out the mistaken ideas and deficiency existing in college career guidance curriculum in this new stage in China. It also provides proposal and measure on improvement.Part II The development and significance of college career guidance curriculum. To understand the development and change of college career guidance curriculum, and to put forward practical significance of the curriculum study in the new period by analyzing the current status of curriculum study.Part III The issues of career guidance curriculum and the analysis of affecting elements. To put forward problems of career guidance curriculum in the new period in our country, to analyze the affecting elements and, to make the direction of career guidance curriculum clear.Part IV The basic principles of the construction of career guidance curriculum system at the new stage. To put forward eight basic principles of constructing career guidance curriculum system of our country from the perspectives of the characteristics of career guidance curriculum and the its social functions.Part V The strategy and suggestions of constructing career guidance curriculum system at the new stage in China. Directed by career planning theory and based on the above eight principles, it points out strategies and suggestions of constructing the college career guidance curriculum system at the new stage: 1.the college students'career planning and the training of their surviving ability;2. improving the inner quality of the teaching staff on college career guidance curriculum and trying best to make them specialized;3. emphasizing practice on career guidance and strengthen the connection between colleges and the relating enterprises;4. taking the career guidance curriculum into the total education plan; 5. arranging career guidance tasks according to different stages, levels and emphasis.
