With the rapid economical development of our country, the demand for higher education is gradually increasing. Nowadays, under the current circumstances of our country entering popular higher education period, the college students have been faced with great job pressure, and how the college students prepare for future is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, how to conduct education on occupational career for the college students under the new situation has aroused the universal concern of the community, and has become a new task and subject faced by the higher education in China.5-year normal college was originally named the Secondary Normal School. Since Reformation and Opening, the Secondary Normal Schools have made positive contribution for the construction of primary and secondary schools'teaching staff; at the same time, the reform and development of the economic society and educational enterprise have brought higher requirements for teacher education. In order to further integrate teacher education institution and improve the educational quality and level thereby promoting strategic transformation in teacher education, provinces and cities all over the country have taken corresponding measures in view of the Secondary Normal Schools. Take Shandong Province for example, on December 13, 2006, the Education Department of Shandong Province issued Opinions on Adjusting the Layout of the Structure of Secondary Normal Schools, requiring that until 2011, every Secondary Normal School should take the ways of merger, upgrade and restructuring, etc, to complete the transition from third normal school to secondary normal school and finally cancel the organizational system of Secondary Normal School. At present, Feixian Normal School has merged into Linyi University, and become its campus, i.e. Linyi University Feixian Campus.Through a case study of Linyi University Feixian Campus, this article attempts to find out the existing problems 0f career planning and employment guidance of 5-year normal colleges, then analyses the exiting baffles and puzzles, and therefore puts forward an specific programming of 5-year normal college career planning for college students, which instructs students to establish a correct concept of occupation choice, employment and acquisition so as to improve their practical ability, employability and entrepreneurship and also enhance their awareness of programming career scientifically and increase their capacity of choosing and obtaining employment,enabling them to know what suits them and what they can do well so that they can study purposefully and finally achieve the purpose of improving their ability of career selection and employability. This paper, which is an advanced study bases on above situation, presents a relatively thorough and systematic probe into career education for college students from psychology, pedagogy sociology science point of view and in the guidance of the related theory, using the methods of document study, questionnaire survey, etc. Firstly, it defines the conception of career education, gets a clear understanding of occupation, career, career planning, and career education, on basis of which it brings forward the definition, procedure and functions of career planning for college students. Secondly, through the questionnaire and analysis method, a survey is conducted among students in different majors and grades of Preschool Education and Primary School Education Department in Linyi University Feixian Campus, according to the result of which, we find the issues and their causes; and finally, on basis of which we analyses and presents specific programming of 5-year normal college students'career planning.The article, from three dimensions of society, school, and the students, puts forward specific suggestions in terms of the current situation of career education for 5-year normal college students'career planning.Suggestions for society are: 1.Establish the career planning concept and create the career planning atmosphere; 2.Strengthen the legislation to ensure the implementation of career planning; 3. Increase the capital input for college students'career planning; 4. Continue to intensify the means of propaganda such as TV, broadcast, network and newspaper; 5. Make vigorous efforts to regulate our personnel mechanism;6. Strive to build a good family guiding environment.Suggestions for colleges are: 1. Compile practical school curriculum on college career planning; 2.Improve on curriculum system construction of profession career programming; 3. Perfect the content system of college career planning; 4.Promote the standardization and specialization of career guidance organization; 5. Strive for better professional level of career planning instructors; 6. Conduct the whole-process of career planning and employment guidance; 7. Enrich ways to the implementation of the college students'career planning; 8. Construct the training bases for pre-service specialization.Suggestions for students are: 1.Accurate analyzing and positioning themselves and their surroundings; 2. Build up conscientiously the sense of career programming and improve the comprehensive ability of career programming; 3. Improve continuous the students'comprehensive quality and enhance their professional competitiveness.
