Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Expanding Training Industry In Xi'an

In this paper, by searching on the present situation of outward bound in Xi’an with literature, questionnaire, mathematical analysis and other methods, through an investigation of outward bound for each company, the status of trainers, trainees, sales, and outward bound industry market competition mechanism found that the presence of Xi’an outward bound industry some shortcomings, this article puts forward some basic theories and suggestions to the industry, aiming to improve the development of the industry in Xi’an. The article gets a deep understanding on the industry. It points out the developmental level and the suggestions to perfect the management to improve the training effects. For the vicious competition in the industry, the article puts forward reasonable suggestions and solutions. The search discovers some disadvantages as following.1. The industry of outward bound in Xi’an appears disorder and cutthroat competition, which need to solve as soon as possible.2. Although the industry has made great efforts in self-discipline, it lacks of special laws to manage corporation behaviors effectively.3. The number and the quality of the trainer could not meet the needs of the industry’s development.4. Lacing of marketing plan, most of the corporation still use the passive sales-model.5. Due to the homogeneity of products and services, corporations have to adopt the price strategic competition, which leads to the beginning of the vicious competition.To solve above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and comments:1. Strengthen supervision-Government regulation plays an important guiding role on the healthy and orderly development of emerging industry. The government should formulate targeted and effective training industry supervision mechanism to supervise the employees, the standards, the certification and the price.2. Making rules and laws-The government should give full play on the functions of macroeconomic regulation and control by establishing special laws and regulations. It should pinpoint the industry standards, the approval, the enterprise scale and the standard of employees, etc.3. Improve the quality of trainers.4. Using marketing methods reasonable-According to their own scale and level, the corporations should make out their short, medium and long-term marketing plan. In addition, they should make some special plan.5. Innovation-Corporations should supply conditions to trainers to develop new projects. Together with experts and academic institutions, the corporations should actively explore the new concept, and the theory.
