With the coming of the guide of study and develop of children of3-6,people have realized the importance of scientific activity. And how to improve children’s thinking ability and arose the interest of science by scientific activity is a significant topic. The guide mentions the teacher make use of scientific activity to introduce children to feel, experience, and operate. From it, we realize the role of kindergarten teacher, the teacher how to introduce children by teacher’s advice. The evaluation in this research is a kind of teacher’s behavior, that’s teacher how to react and deal with children’s answer By collecting and classifying the materials, I find most of researches are focus on the kinds of evaluations and the basic situation of teachers’ evaluation. Based on my research plan, I rely on this research order:consulting document literature, investigating the current situation, analyzing the existing problems, and putting forward the advice. The methods of researching are analyzing the document literature, observing in the classroom, analyzing the video and summing up. In addition, I introduce a researching form of Jiangsu Province’s educational task. However, according to my practical need, I made some changes to suit my research. At last, I get the statistical information from15scientific activities:the developing-evaluation is the most popular evaluation and it appears406times. The second one is the diagnostic-evaluation,it appears142times; the times of incentive evaluation is142.The times of objective-evaluation is71.When I finish the analysis of the data, I realize there are some problems about teachers’ evaluation. For example, the goal of teacher is not in playing an important on children’s scientific study, but in itself. The quality of evaluation is not good and the appearance is frequent but the performance is sole. The teachers couldn’t grasp the best time of evaluation and they pay more attention on children’s result instead of the process of study. When they design the question, they don’t think more about children’s answer, so the quality of their questions is low. In addition, it’s unfair teacher only notice the part of children. According to those problems, I think deeply about the reasons. Firstly, the traditional concept of Chinese people, we think teachers’ order is holy and we must obey it; secondly, the teachers’teaching method is not flexible; thirdly, because of the present reality of our country and the exist assessment of kindergarten, the teacher couldn’t notice every child. Besides, the ability of preparing teaching and expressing both the reasons about the role of evaluation.For those basic situations and reasons, I put forward these resolutions:the teacher should transfer their teaching sense, and try to realize the interaction between teacher and children. It’s significant to enrich the forms of evaluation, and pay more attention to develop-evaluation and incentive-evalution; the teache should improve the specificity of evaluation to support children’s advance; the teacher should master the banlance between preparation and generation, so it will provide the space and freedom of children; the teacher should realize the importance of self-examination and improve their expressing ability to make their evaluation better.
