The fundamental task of universities is to nurturing qualified and reliable personnel for social undertakings. Seizing the right direction of running universities is the chief duty. Completely implementing the Party’s educational policy, doing a good job of strengthening morality education, teaching and educating is the first-place requirement. With the development of society, the environment for university has changed a lot. The quality of university education is facing the serious challenges and unlimited opportunities. Teaching management plays an important role in the management of colleges and Universities. However, how to achieve university teaching management is a focus that all the educators pay attention to. Just as the rules of the Chinese Educational law, university education is to make the educatees be the builders and successors who are well developed morally, intellectually and physically."Training people" and "Training talents" are important equally. The paper is aimed at this focus to start the study, which tries to find the avenues to achieve the moral education function of the university teaching management, so that it can ensure the quality of talents-training and achieve the university education objective to the utmost.The content of the thesis includes five chapters.In the first chapter-introduction, it points out the purpose and meaning of the study on the thesis and analyzes the era background of putting up the problems. Also, it simply introduces the study on the moral function achievement in university teaching management from the scholars at home and abroad. It explains the theoretical bases and introduces the methods of the study on the thesis and the creative point.In the second chapter-university teaching management and moral function, the writer gives the concept of the management and the university teaching management. It points out university teaching management and moral education related closely. They have the complementary dialectical relationship. It also introduces the realizable avenues of moral function of university teaching management and the types of moral function.In the third chapter-problems of achieving management function and the analyses of the reasons, the writer analyzes the problems of university teaching management. The problems include that the construction of moral educational group is lagging, moral system in teaching management is not perfect enough (the system includes objectives, rules and evaluation system), and moral system in teaching management is not comprehensive enough. Besides pointing out these problems, the writer also simply analyzes the reasons of producing the problems.In the fourth chapter-the measures of effectively achieving moral function in university teaching management. Aimed at the problems of moral function in university teaching management, the paper gives the measures one by one. It is proposed to strengthen the efforts in building of university moral team, perfect the system building of university teaching management, build the good environment for campus moral function and employ multi-methods to achieving moral function in teaching management, guiding students to manage independently which can achieve the moral objective.In the fifth chapter-conclusion and prospect, it summarizes the views that the paper demonstrates. It points out the study content in each chapter and the direction of next study.
