Moral education management theory and practice problem are been mentioned anew height because of people pay more attention to them. Mankind has made greatachievements, but also facing severe problems. Human begins to seek countermeasures,among them using the concept of the ecology research moral management has become anew tendency. The subject status of students in the moral management are ignored, thesocial, family, University in Moral management exists divide and other college moralmanagement problems, the status quo of College Moral Management is closelyassociated with the imbalance of ecological system of moral management in schools.Ecological moral management is the methodology system, which uses ideas and methodsof ecological worldview to manage the moral system, to view moral systems asecological system, to achieve the optimization management of the moral management.In order to solve the problems of moral management in Hebei North Universitystudents，to establish healthy moral management system,firstly, this paper describes themoral management theory, introduces the definition of the moral, management conceptand the connotation and basis of moral management in colleges and universities.Secondly, this paper points out four specific problems of moral management in HebeiNorth University students, the subject status of students in the moral management areignored, the social, family, University in Moral education exist gap, moral managementmethods lack personality and content lacks energy. Again, the moral problems ofmanagement in Hebei North University students are analyzed from the four aspects.Finally, based on numerous research and discussions above, the article proposes thespecific moral ecological management strategy, thus effectively ensure the harmoniousdevelopment of University moral management.
