National institute of dramatic art founded in1958, has now becomethe top of Australia even the world’s leading art institutions after fifty-sixyears developing. It has great differences with domestic institutionsbecause of the enterprise management mode, the elite disciplineseducation and the wide range of part-time education. This paper is basedon a study of National institute of dramatic art with its annual report from2009to2012and some other information. Conduct in-depth research onNIDA with method of Institutional Research and characteristic of artinstitutes. This paper conducted a comprehensive and detailed analysiswith the history, management, teaching, operational aspects to understandthe intrinsic core values and successful experience in education ofworld-class NIDA. The purpose of this paper is providing someinspiration and thinking for domestic arts institutes and art collegesthrough the research about motivation and persistence of Nationalinstitute of dramatic art.
