Research On The Service Mechanism Of Career Planning Education For College Students In China

With the development of market economy in our country and the deepening of economic system reform, college students employment is more and more competitive. University enrollment expansion in1999, has caused a dramatic increase, graduates also brought great pressure to the employment work, our country’s higher education is facing the severe test of university students’ employment difficult also gradually become a hot social concern. Especially in recent years, with the invasion of the global financial crisis, college students outside of the important changes in social and family environment, social concept and employment situation affects college students’ career choice and planning.But pure career planning courses before graduation, emergency employment guidance services, employment information collection, employment counseling is not systematic, career planning education, institutionalization of scattered course, psychological counselling skills and education methods there are defects; College career and professional values, and other general content in ideological and political education course, but the ideological and political education has not effectively integrate with career planning, the means and ways of education also presents simplification.The resulting problems of college students career planning on form, does not view on students and the correct career choice have a material effect. Therefore, our country at present has not established a set of perfect college students career planning education service mechanism, also did not make full use of the ideological and political education curriculum design career planning education effectively. Career planning research starts late in our country, the existing literature research is based on the present situation of career planning education, problems, or design, there is no overall clear career planning education in colleges and universities in the education orientation, target, nor from the technical means and content in the form of innovation, services, and sustainable aspects of set up a complete set of college students’ career planning education service mechanism.So, how should set up a mechanism of university students’ career planning education service? How to make the ideological and political education fully integrated into the college students’ career planning education? In this paper, on the basis of existing research, reflect on the current university students’ career planning education problems, reclassify career planning orientation and goal of the education in colleges and universities in our country, from the state, society, school and students’ responsibilities and roles of the subject, draw lessons from foreign successful experience, trying to establish the effective and sustainable education college students career service mechanism.At first, this paper put forward by research should change ideas, from occupational guidance to career education services, from cram to normality mechanism; Second should transform positioning for the whole course of career planning education services; Again, the ideological and political education into their career planning education; Finally put forward including personnel, funds, system planning, course system, the "one-stop" service and social measures in aspects of resources integration...
