The Effect Of The Ideological And Political Education In The Students’ Career Guidance

Broad career guidance, including prediction requires the employment of labor resources, social demand, collect and pass the information on employment, develop labor skills, organize the labor market, and recommend、introduce、orgnize other employment-related social service activities. in our country, Employment guidance should also include employment, policy guidance, as well as with the corresponding ideological education. With Continued growth in the number of college graduates,and reduced corporate demand for talent positions, the contradiction between supply and demand have exacerbated the difficulty of today’s college students employment, the vocational college graduates employment competitiveness is not very strong, so the vocational student employment become more difficult.Against the College student’s problem in the employment,in order to enhance the employability and competitiveness of the vocational high school students,how to play the role of the ideological and political education in career guidance fully, which brings the new issue of the ideological and political work.This paper divides into four parts:Firstly, analyze mainly about the Employment Status and Employment thought of high vocational school students;secondly, prove scienticaly about the of relationship between of ideological and political education and employment guidance;thirdly, elaborate the ineffective status of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of high vocational school,and analyze the reason;finally against the ineffective status of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of high vocational schoo,the author put forward some thought and methods, aparting from the constant improvement of the ideological and political education in employment guidance in the role and content, in addition to the construction and strengthening the ideological and political education in employment guidance.This paper adopt documentary research、Interview survey questionnaire and case analysis and etc.Innovation in this paper:the anthor spend more thoughts for the study of one point and raise some own opinion,that is:Ask the vocational high school students the employment quality training process to be the full progressive education; diverse age and psychological characteristics of vocational high school students hosted media education case, according to the vocational high school students studying stagedifferent employment of ideological and political education requirements, and educate students in a timely manner to correct his own career orientation to their own individual needs combined with the actual needs of the community.
