Career Planning Education Of Students In High Vocational School

Being the principle part of Chinese higher education, higher vocational education plays an important role in economic constructions and social development. It is necessary and required to focus more on higher vocational colleges.The poorness of intellectual knowledge and vague object would eventually lead to hard employment. Thus strengthening the guidance of professional careers has important significance. It greatly decides whether a person can fully understand his professional position and formulate appropriate development goals. It greatly affects students'personal growth but also affects the development of vocational institutes and social harmony and stability. Therefore, college students should improve the recognition of the importance of career planning and positively make career plan. The schools and the relevant institutions of society shall also provide career training and students with practical career planning.The author suggests the vocational college's career design and professional guidance should be strengthened.
