Since the reform and opening up, Chinese scientific and technological researchin the field of agriculture develops rapidly:the overall strength of agriculturecontinuously upgraded to several new levels. However, for Chinese current marketeconomy, the agricultural deeper problems have not been resolved;"Three RuralIssues" is still an important constraint of building a moderately prosperous society.Agricultural economic development is the fundamental way to solve the "three ruralissues", and the development of the agricultural economy relies mainly ontechnological innovation. Today, under the national attention, agricultural science andtechnology innovation growth year after year, and "transformation" is one of the mostcrucial aspects for agricultural science and technology to achieve its value. However,40%of agricultural scientific and technological achievements conversion rate is notsufficient to meet the requirements of the development of modern agriculture.Therefore, promoting agricultural scientific and technological achievements iscurrently a major issue of China’s agricultural development. Agricultural Colleges anduniversities are the main actors of agricultural science and technology developmentand promotion of, so solving their current problems are far-reaching for Chineseagricultural development and agricultural science and technology.This article, which based on the reality of the low conversion rate of university’sagricultural scientific and technological achievements, analyzed the current situation,summed up the problems of the current system, and put forward some suggestions tosolve these problems. The article is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. Introduced the topic basis, purpose and significance of theresearch, summarized the study of abroad, and told the research ideas and innovationsof this document. Part II: Agricultural colleges’ technological achievements transformationconcepts, including the contents, pathways and characteristics of agricultural scientificand technological achievements, meanings and significance of agriculturaluniversities and technological achievements transformation.Part III: Situation of Agricultural Science and Technology AchievementsTransformation in Universities. First introduced in China Agricultural Science andTechnology Program, the status quo and the current problems of Chinese scientificand technological achievements transformation of agricultural university, includingrestrictions on its own characteristics, constraints and agricultural universitiesthemselves and other aspects of the National Environment problems.Part IV: The successful experience of scientific and technological achievementsof agricultural universities. Analyzed the worth learning successful experience andenlightenment in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technologicalachievements of the U.S., Europe, Asia and other developed countries. Thenintroduced the technology achievements transformation experience of ChinaAgricultural University, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University and HenanAgricultural University.Part V: Suggestions of promoting the scientific and technological achievementsof agricultural universities. Raised some solutions that based on the successfulexperience at home and abroad to solve the questions issued above, so that to promotethe transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the agriculturalcollege better, and thus contribute to the development of Chinese agriculture.
