Agriculture is the basic industry of my country’s national economy,and it plays a protective role in my country’s economic development and social progress.Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province and is known as the "ballast stone" of China’s food.The problem of attracting agricultural talents for agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,Is of great significance to national food security and national livelihoods.However,there is a large gap between Heilongjiang Province and the developed regions in my country,the introduction of talents in the province is difficult,the loss of talents from universities is serious,and the shortage of agricultural talents is even greater.Agricultural enterprises are facing the dilemma of demand for agricultural talents.Therefore,the problem of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises attracting agricultural talents from agricultural and forestry universities is a hot and difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently,which can meet the needs of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises for agricultural talents.Through the analysis of interviews and survey results with students from Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises and agricultural and forestry universities,the key issues for Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises to attract agricultural talents from agricultural and forestry universities are drawn:it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises’ own demand for agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities;to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities for employment in agricultural enterprises;according to the influencing factors of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises’ demand for agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities and the influencing factors of the willingness to employ agricultural talents in Heilongjiang agricultural and forestry universities,this paper proposes ways to increase the attractiveness of agricultural enterprises to agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities.Through linear regression analysis and path analysis,it is concluded that the staff size of agricultural enterprises and the competence of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities play a key positive role in the demand for agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities;agricultural talent training investment in agricultural and forestry universities has a negative effect on the demand for agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities.Using binary logistic regression,it is concluded that the academic qualifications of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities,the salary of agricultural enterprises,scale,nature,culture,and employment policies have a positive effect on the willingness of agricultural talents to employment in agricultural enterprises in agricultural and forestry universities;the degree of understanding of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities on agricultural enterprises has a negative effect on the willingness of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities to work in agricultural enterprises.According to the influencing factors of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises’ demand for talents in agricultural and forestry universities and the influencing factors of agricultural talents in Heilongjiang agricultural and forestry universities to the employment willingness of agricultural enterprises,ways to increase the attractiveness of Heilongjiang agricultural enterprises to agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities in this province are proposed from both external and internal aspects,including: the government optimizes the employment environment for agricultural talents from agricultural and forestry universities to agricultural enterprises,and creates an environment for the introduction of agricultural talents from agricultural and forestry universities;agricultural and forestry universities train agricultural talents on demand,strengthen employment guidance and services;Agricultural enterprises continue to iterate their development vision,focus on building a core culture,strengthen cooperation with agricultural and forestry universities in the province,and stimulate the employment motivation of agricultural talents in agricultural and forestry universities.
