Study On Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Agricultural University

Scientific and technological innovation has become a new driving force for economic growth,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the key link and last mile to promote the combination of “scientific and technological innovation” and“economic growth”.Under the background of the current development concept of innovation and development,science and technology,etc.,it is necessary,important and time-critical to improve the quality of scientific research results in agricultural colleges and to understand and resolve the constraints in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges.However,there are still many problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges and universities in China.In view of this,this paper adopts literature research method and case study method,and takes Zhongkai University of Agricultural and Engineering as an example to study the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges.Firstly,the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges is described.It is found that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges has the problems of small number of scientific and technological achievements,low quality and low conversion rate.The main reasons for the above problems are mainly summarized as follows: The role of the talent engine is lacking;the second is that the transformation mechanism of agricultural science and technology achievements is not scientific;the third is the lack of the role of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation capital engine;the fourth is the lack of smooth channels for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements;the fifth is the insufficient effective demand for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.In response to these problems,five effective countermeasures for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural colleges are proposed: The first is to strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology talents;the second is to innovate the internal management mechanism for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements;the third is to establish a financial support system for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements;the fourth is to strengthen the market awareness of agricultural research;the fifth is to strengthen high-quality new farmers Training intensity.
