A Study On The Toll Revenue Of Non - Profit Organizations In China

In recent years, with the development of the social market economy and the rise of the social needs, Nonprofit Organizations(NPOs) have developed rapidly in our country, and have maintained an increasing trend in the number. Nowadays, Nonprofit Organizations play an important role in the social and economic life. Although the Nonprofit Organizations developed so quickly on the surface, actually, NPOs are facing a lot of development problems. One of the most serious problems is the problem of lacking fund. Researching and solving the current situation of funding constraints of the Nonprofit Organizations has an urgent practical significance. In this paper, I will look for a realistic way to increase this source of funding, and the analysis will focus on a major source of funding of the Nonprofit Organizations--fees.However, people with the traditional idea think that Nonprofit Organizations are for the purpose of nonprofit. Therefore, Nonprofit Organizations can not and should not be engaged in profit-making behavior. But it turns out that, many foreign countries have already recognized the profit-making behavior of Nonprofit Organizations, just its profit can only continue to be used for public welfare and the provision of public goods or services for society. Moreover, there are laws allowing Nonprofit Organizations to carry out business activities in early years. This paper will analysis the feasibility of raising the fee of Chinese Nonprofit Organizations from three angles-the market, the nonprofit organizations and consumers--to encourage and advocate Chinese Nonprofit Organizations to see and rational use this source of funding, so that can solve one the most serious development problems which our Nonprofit Organizations are facing currently.
