Education informationization is now gradually leading the development ofuniversities in Yunnan Province, and the university financial informationization is animportant part of it. Now the financial management of university is confronting withhitherto unknown challenge because of its diversification and complication causedby continuous expansion of the scale and the multi campus connection. Therefore,reasonable, amenable and improved financial informationization work is the key ofrealizing university education informationization of Yunnan Province."China digital education2020action plan" clearly pointed out that we mustrealize the integration and data sharing by vigorously promote the construction andapplication of school management information system. Yunnan Is an importantbridgehead southwest, Universities of Yunnan should play a leading role of make fulluse of international exchange opportunities and expand the cooperation withneighboring countries. As the key of the university management information system,financial informationization can reasonable and orderly develop university andrealize scientific, efficient information management work through effectivemanagement and at last let Yunnan’s universities be the role of demonstration andreference for the university financial informatization and information systemconstruction to others.This paper come to countermeasures of how to promote the financialinformation construction in universities of Yunnan through the study of thedevelopment of financial information by empirical survey, analysis the questionnaireand asking questions.In the run-up of the paper, forming a relatively scientific understanding of theuniversity informationization, the university financial informationization mainly bythe method of document study, make full use of the information of relevantpublications, journals, collection, access, organize, analyze.In the demonstration phase of this paper, analyze the causes of problems ofYunnan university financial informationization construction from internal andexternal environmental factors by using the methods of investigation, analysis the current situation by questionnaire and interview4responded universities about thefinancial information construction.Now Yunnan university financial information is still in the development processand have many new situations and new problems.This paper obtain some advices to promote the university financialinformatization construction in Yunnan by two dimensions of internal and externalenvironment involving policy support,guarantee of funds and so on, to provide areference for the University, and also as the end of the dissertation.
