With the development of education modernization,science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds,and basic education,under the trend of education informatization development,has put forward higher requirements for curriculum teaching in elementary school.At the same time,the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has created an opportunity for the development of digital education,and the state has provided more policy guarantees and development opportunities for the development of digital education.However,various problems faced by elementary school in the process of realizing education informatization have followed one another.The application of digital educational resources is an important means for elementary school to realize the normalization of educational information,and promoting the effective application of digital educational resources in elementary school is an inevitable trend to promote the development of basic education and a necessary path to promote educational informatization.Focusing on the application of digital educational resources in elementary school teaching,this paper uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant literature on digital educational resources,and also uses the survey research method and case study method to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the application of digital educational resources in elementary school H in Nanning,and combine the theory of all-round design to deeply study and explore the strategies to promote the effective application of digital educational resources.Through the research and analysis of elementary school H in Nanning,we can see that the current digital education resource application in elementary school still has problems such as insufficient professionalism of application subjects,insufficient effectiveness of software application,and weak application hardware support,which are manifested as follows: teachers’ information literacy is weak and their ability needs to be improved;students’ resources are used in a relatively single form and the application level is slightly low;the utilization rate of the resource platform is low and there are There are barriers to sharing;a single type of resource application and a lack of school-based resources;poor operation of infrastructure equipment and insufficient allocation of management personnel.The reasons for their resource application problems can be summarized as follows: teachers’ lack of resource integration ability and ineffective training;students’ unclear purpose of resource use and ineffective use of resources;resources not meeting demand and school-based resources to be improved;platform to be improved and sharing mechanism not yet sound;outdated infrastructure and lack of regular maintenance.To this end,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures: improve teachers’ resource integration ability and increase training support;improve students’ information literacy and enhance the effectiveness of resource application;pay attention to teachers’ and students’ actual needs and enrich high-quality digital resources;improve platform service functions and sound resource sharing with mechanism;and improve and update digital infrastructure.
