A Study On The Knowledge Power Of Southwest Associated University

In1938, Beijing University, Tsinghua University and Nankai University movedto Kunming Yunnan province, and then three universities constituted the SouthwestAssociated University. There was great deal of teachers in that school who were thebest in China. They made the Southwest Associated University became one of themost distinguished universities in China at that time. Teachers were got together inthe field of higher education, and knowledge power maintained order of field, it alsopromoted teachers to show their capabilities in academic field.In this paper, teachers in Southwest Associated University as a study sample,and I will try to study the power of knowledge in the group, to research its efficacy.Firstly, I try to define the concept of knowledge power. Because efficacy ofknowledge power must depend on academic community, I have to study the threeuniversities’ history of academic community. Secondly, knowledge power can bedivided two kinds; to study the structure of whole university is necessary. Thirdly, tostudy the elements of knowledge power which belong to teachers, then analysis themembers of professor will and attendants. Finally, after several studies, try to findout the knowledge power’s efficacy in Southwest Associated University.
