Study On The Construction Of Knowledge Management System In University R&D Groups Of S&T

Knowledge management is one of new management patterns in eraof knowledge economy. Knowledge management system is a platform onwhich knowledge management is put into practice. It is an innovation inchoice of subject, and it also has practical and immediate significance thatintroducing knowledge management idea into the field of science andtechnology research and using this idea to construct knowledgemanagement system in R&D Groups of S&T.Grounded on the theory of knowledge management and knowledgemanagement system, This paper puts forward the idea of how to realizeknowledge management and how to construct knowledge managementsystem in R&D Groups of S&T .and also, it points out that if R&DGroups of S&T construct an effective knowledge management system,it will achieve much from it. Firstly, it can realize accumulation andmultiplication of knowledge resource. Secondly, it can enhance theefficiency of R& D Groups of S&T's management.
