Build system of school-based teaching and research, is a effective way topromote the development of the school.at the same time,School-based teaching andresearch also promote the teachers’ professional development.School-based teachingrequires teachers found problems in the daily teaching practice as the main researchobject,and the research results to solve the problem of practical teaching, thuspromoting the transformation of research-typed teachers.High school Chineseschool-based teaching and research is the main form of teaching and research,Studyof middle school Chinese school-based teaching and research has importantinspiration significance, it can expand and deepen the connotation of the school-basedteaching and research.This study put Yunnan normal university affiliated wuhuaexperimental middle schoolfor the specific research object,and to investigate andanalyze Chinese group of school-based teaching and research situation of theschool.The paper analyses the existing problems and try to build a targeted strategy,and hope to have the certain inspiration significance to the development ofschool-based teaching and research.The research results show that the current Chinese-group’s school-basedteaching and research of the Yunnan normal university affiliated wuhua experimentalmiddle school is in a process of exploration, and has obtained certain experience.Butat the same time we also found that the school has not set up corresponding system ofschool-based teaching and research, the enthusiasm of teachers have not been fullymobilize, the study of subjectivity of Chinese teachers not reflected in theschool-based teaching and research,the ways of teachers’ professional development isalso need further research and exploration,therefore school-based teaching andresearch is also facing many problems to be solved. |
