Along with this thorough new class, the high school Chinese teacher's difficult survival is in the crevice between traditional education and quality education. How to get rid of the present condition, the prominent tight encirclement and the advancement of language education development is the current high school Chinese teacher's diligent direction and the key point of research. It already has the outside's requests to teachers, also has the teacher himself self-pursuit and this all is decided by the discipline particularity of this subject.First of all I talk about the specialty of the language education in high school for Chinese teachers in the contemporary requirements. In the context of globalization and lifelong education in the backdrop, the composite function Language Education affirmed the language and tools of the humanities, that is to say language subjects as a basic subject. It is a significant guiding that the students learn other subjects and in the future the development of character. The high school curriculum reform is a prominent characteristic of the humanities stressed, and the teacher, using the Chinese language literature intermediaries, mainly through language teaching this model to infect students, the affected students, guides this humanism.The high school is the teaching of languages services directly to the college entrance examination, which has been a test of its main features. This makes teaching in the specific implementation process, the language of education in the humanities still embodies enough, and it is the external environment of the language teachers has different views and influence.This external environment includes the two main aspects: the school environment and social environment. Whatever the environment is, teachers play the key role in changing. High school language teachers because of the current situation and the level is not only inconsistent with the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the quality of education does not conform to the role of expectations.So learning how to do a teacher and walking the professional road from their own perspective of the requirements is the inevitable development of the education. Their own professional development is the internal motivation and, based on this, in order to further improve, the provincial authorities must enhance the quality of teachers from the perspective of external aspect. Professional development of teachers must first have a professional concept. On the basis of professional training, and further enhancement of professional potential, from the conviction - quality - three angles comprehensive upgrade potential, so teachers can be harmonious and professional path sustained expansion.Specific solvable strategy: (1) strengthen the quality of their professional ethics. This is a prerequisite to resolve professional problems. (2) strengthen vocational identity. Which can make them out of its present predicament, and make Chinese teaching in the humanities truly reflected. Standard language courses can complete the objectives of the new curriculum standards, which can truly be carried out and promote their own teaching skills, and teaching experts changes.
