To implement the “state council on strengthening the central committee of the communist party of China youth sports to enhance teenagers' opinions”(found [2007]no.7)and "the CPC Shanghai municipal committee of Shanghai municipal people's government of adolescent students' physical and mental health level and improve the implementation of student health promotion project notice"(Shanghai committee[2011] no.15)spirit,to establish scientific and perfect new school physical education teaching system,combined with the practice of the city's second deepen curriculum,municipal education commission in January 2013 to July 2015 in 17 high school in the city to develop sports special curriculum reform pilot.Following the core guide of "health first" and " morality education",under the guidance of core idea,Comprehensive implementation "to the students' lifelong and all-round development" of the key idea,also from the students' interest,stimulates the students to participate in sports activities of inner drive,to make the students more skilled to master at least two or more special skills,make them form the habit of take part in physical exercise consciously,this would be raise the level of student health,enhance physical fitness,eventually shape a positive way of life,to develop lifelong sports consciousness.The majority of this article will adopt the literature material,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the present situation of chemical teaching reform in high school sports special as the research object,and 38 specific teaching reform pilot run school sports teaching and research group leader,special physical education teachers and students as the key object,other has not yet been carried out special school leader of curriculum reform,PE teachers and students as the auxiliary object.In the pilot school sports educational research group long interview and questionnaire survey on the basis of the Shanghai 38 special high school sports teaching reform pilot schools survey results and existing problems,to provide valuable to promote the full implementation of the strategy in the late.Through the study,the following conclusions as below:1 ? There is a significant efficiency for the high school sport specificreform.First,students' body and mind to get comprehensive development,such as special technology and special physical ability development,learning to practice was significantly enhanced.Second,the physical education teachers teaching ability and special sports skill level to improve.Third,enhance the campus sports cultureo,build a school sports culture atmosphere of harmony.2?There are still problem among the high school sport specific reform.First,in the hand of management,municipal special teaching reform has yet to establish and improve the incentive mechanism,the school management organization setup is not sound,management system need to be perfect.Second in the process of running,1,the physical education teachers in the teaching of the lack of a guidance document such as special curriculum and teaching materials.2,Special teacher shortage.3,Special teachers' scientific research ability is insufficient,4,Reform of physical education,systematic integration has not yet perfect.5,Negative influence on the special teaching in the college entrance examination.6,Part of the school facilities in special teaching development,course selection and course arrangement needs to be perfect.Third,In terms of evaluation,the special teaching evaluation standard and standard of Shanghai sports level has not been introduced,the special teaching evaluation system needs to be perfected..The above three aspects the problems directly affect and hinder the special high school sports curriculum reform progress.3 ? There should be the strategy of advancing for High school sports special teaching reform.In management,we should deepen the school sports teaching reform,has built perfect each rules and regulations,set up the supervising group,the course team and propaganda team,to promote the input for the curriculum reform and to build the foundation.In terms of operation,the special curriculum reform the top-level design should be optimized to promote special sports school-based curriculum development;Perfect small,bridging of elementary and high school sports teaching and collaborative.In terms of evaluation,formulate special teaching evaluation standard,perfect the teaching evaluation system.4?Affect the development of the curriculum reform of Shanghai high school sports special factors,in turn,are: teaching,students,teachers,location equipment,culture and institutional factors.
