An Attempt Of Mental Health Education Of Senior High School Students Based On Confucius' Educational Thoughts

The essay is a research into how Confucian culture influences the psychologicalhealth of senior middle school students, to realize the function fully. I usequestionnaires, documents and action research methods, and use “the ChineseSelf-rated Health Measure Scale”developed by Xie Yaning and other49professors,which is suitable for Chinese to survey the psychology of all the students in seniorclass113, who I am giving lectures. After the survey I did some research and thendivided them into2groups, the experimental group and control group. Through theresearch, I concluded that Confucius education thought has notable positive effects onpsychological health of senior middle school students in the aspects of cognitivepsychology, emotion, will, decompression and so on. And I expounded the way tostrengthen the teaching of Confucius education thought. And put forward thatstrengthening the Confucius thought education can decrease the current drawbackssuch as: Impulsiveness, bombast, vanity. which make senior students body and mindhealthier.So seldom have I find such kind of research that I just want to see presenceof great works with the essay just as “throw a sprat to catch a whale”.
