Cultivating students’ autonomous learning is an urgent need for the developmentof the times and the curriculum reform. How to improve the students’ learningautonomy during Chinese teaching in junior school is an important subject that manyeducation researchers explore at present. Many schools across the country tried toexplore the new classroom teaching mode and have achieved remarkable achievement.Among these schools, Changle No.2Middle School’s "Learning-Plan-Teaching"mode influences a lot.The teaching model of "Learning-Plan-Teaching" advocates independentlearning, cooperative learning. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, it haschanged the role of teachers and students, as well as the form and content inteacher-student interaction. It is a student-centered classroom teaching mode, which ishelpful to promote students’ autonomous learning and learn to cooperate with others.Students acquire knowledge and enhance the ability, and at the same time,teachers also get professional development. Kunming No.24Middle Schoolintroduces the model and do some reform combined with the actual situation ofschool, including success as well as deficiencies.Based on autonomous learning theory, as well as the combination of the learningmode and the junior middle school Chinese teaching, this study make causes analysisof the problem that existed in the middle Chinese classroom’s"Learning-Plan-Teaching" mode from the aspect of both teachers and students andputs forward the improvement measures and strategies, combining with the actualsituation and problems by the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interviewand observation in practice research.Finally, this article provide some valuable reference for the on-going explorationof classroom teaching junior high school educators by the concrete teaching examplesto explore effective Chinese classroom teaching model of guided learning plan.
