However, the current high school human resources management situation is still not optimistic, does notmaximize the enthusiasm of the work of teachers, teachers’ wage structure, there aremany unreasonable are not fair, the way of the distribution of wages, which havecaused a lot of teacher is more focused on amateur training and teaching to earn extramoney, and some even to switch to other jobs, these are not conducive to teachers toconcentrate in their own teaching, many problems are faced by China’s current highschool human Resource Management System challenges.
