Through the rapid development of aerobics in recent years,it has been deeply favored by students,among which competitive aerobics has become one of the three college entrance examination items of art module in Anhui Province.Many students choose to participate in the art examination to make up for the lack of academic performance and learn competitive aerobics.In recent years,the scale of the art examination is gradually expanding,the admission standards of various universities are constantly changing,and the competitiveness of the art examination is also gradually increasing,which not only puts forward higher requirements for students’ special skills,but also puts forward higher requirements for students’ physical quality.The traditional training method is to improve the performance of the athletes by long-term large amount of exercise and high load training.The training structure is not reasonable,which affects the coordination of the body and easily leads to sports injuries.Functional training is currently recognized as a training method that can effectively improve the overall performance and athletic ability of athletes.It can activate deep muscle groups,increase strength,protect joints,improve body stability,and prevent sports injuries.This study integrates functional training into the training of art examinees to explore whether functional training is more conducive to improving the completion quality of difficult movements in competitive aerobics,and also provides reference for the innovation of training methods and concepts in the future.In this paper,a total of 40 students from Jingbo Middle School in Linquan and Huiwen Middle School in Fuyang were divided into control group and experimental group for experimental teaching.The experimental group received functional training for 8 weeks,while the control group received traditional training for 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,functional action screening and difficult actions with the same standards and methods were conducted to complete the quality test.After the experiment,various test data before and after the test of the two groups were sorted out,and the differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed through the inter-group T test.The following conclusions are drawn through the experiment:(1)After 8 weeks of training,both groups of students have improved their performance in the difficult movement test of Group A to A certain extent,but the experimental group students have improved their performance more significantly.Functional training can greatly enhance the physical support strength and balance and stability ability of group A’s movement under dynamic and static conditions.(2)After 8 weeks of training,both groups of students have improved their performance in Group B difficult movement test to some extent.Compared with the test data of the two groups,the effect of functional training is better,significantly improving the lower limb explosive power,jumping and leaping ability and body stability required to complete Group B movements.(3)After 8 weeks of training,the two groups of students’ performance in the difficult movement test of Group C has been improved to some extent,but the effect of functional training is more obvious,which can effectively improve the balance and flexibility between turns required by group C movements.(4)Physical function training can not only significantly improve students’ special motor ability and sports level,but also greatly reduce the possibility of sports injury.(5)Based on the application value of physical function training in this experimental study,it is suggested that senior high school competitive aerobics teachers should combine traditional training with functional training according to the actual situation of students,reasonably formulate training plans,and ensure the targeted and scientific nature of training objectives,contents,methods and loads.
