Research On Career Planning And Development Of "80" Instructors In Colleges And Universities

"After80’s" university counselor has become the main force of the ideologicaland political education work for "90’s" student. The success or failure of the "after80’s" university counselors’ career planning related to the stability anddevelopment of the healthy growth of students, counselors, school and thecommunity as a whole harmony and stability. The author of this article surveysome "after80’s" university counselors’ working conditions, professional attitude,and career planning in Kunming. On this basis, the author proposes "after80’s"university counselors’ career planning and development recommendations. In thispaper, presented in three parts on "after80’s" university counselors’ careerplanning was introduced. The first chapter is the positioning of "after80’s"university counselors’ career planning; the second chapter focuses on describingthe objectives, contents and basic principles of the "after80’s" universitycounselors’ occupation career planning; the third chapter make a brief introductionto the path and method of the "after80’s" university counselors’ occupation careerplanning.
