Progress and development of the times led to the development of Chinese highereducation.At present,colleges and universities reposition the role of the counselorduring the process of the counselor team construction. Counselors are guiders andimplementers of the students’ ideological and political work, psychologicalcounseling, career planning, and dormitory management. College counselors are thebackbone of the education team and the key personnelto promote students’comprehensive quality training. In order to improve the overall quality ofstudents,the political level, the ideological awareness, employability, we need toWeneed to vigorously strengthen the construction of counselor team and ask counselors,schools, students to reposition the role of counselors.In the article, the authorresearches innovatively the construction of counselor team combining with the ideaof the project management.
