Research On The Construction Of University Counselor Team From Professional Field Of Views

University counselor are backbones in carrying out ideological and political education and are the healthy growing guide for college students. Their professional quality plays a key role in cultivating and educating qualified builder and reliable successors for social career. With the changes and development of social form, higher education has increasingly demanding for the overall quality of the instructors. Comprehensively promoting the professional university counselor, constructing professional and improving the overall quality of the team is the subject which the university must give high attention and engage in solving it. And also it is the important guarantee and long-term mechanism in enforcing and improving the ideological political education and maintaining stability of universities.Based on the existing research results, this paper, adopting the theory of Marxism, following the basic ideological and political education discipline and accessing the outstanding problems existed in the construction of university counselor group, uses the research methods of documentation, investigation and comparison to propose specialized strategy for university counselor group through inducing and analysis from the reasons. Moreover, combining the theoretical basis and basic principles, it explores the working means of occupational construction and specialized development for university counselor group construction, professional development work means for the university counselor and provides a reasonable development idea for the construction of university counselor group.
