In the context of lifelong learning and the era of globalization, the communityeducation increasingly has irreplaceable higher status. Rural areas in the tide ofmodernization, in order to adapt to the requirements of modern society, unceasinglyexplore to establish a learning society where people will learn or even pursuelife-long education. In such circumstances, for the sake of enhancing the ruralcommunity construction strength, richening rural community members amateur life,improving the level of community members moral culture, the rural communitylearning center of rural community members self organizing, self management alsoarises at the historic moment providing scientific cultural information to thecommunity members and lifelong learning activities. To make rural communitylearning center sustainable, of course, the continuous supply of social resources isindispensable. Social resources cannot develop without social structure system,meanwhile they are also related to the production system, life system, cultural system,etc.Based on this, this paper adopts literature review, case study and practicalinvestigation. considering to meet the needs of the community members, it start withthe resource problems to research the approach of developing community internal andexternal resources, and integrating the social force from all walks of life to motivatevaried and utilized resources for community (including: material resources, humanresources, financial resources and cultural resources). Premised on theoretical basis oflifelong education, lifelong learning and the education idea of educating the entirepeople as well as structural functionalism, combined with the current countrycommunity study center theory research and practical status quo, the paper selects thecommunity study center project which has been embarked on recently, and take theRenAn community as a research instance which located in Hongpo village Jian tangtown Shangri-la county. It tries to put forward community members’ demand-oriented rural community study center and the development process, methods, and supportstrategies of social resources.
