Studies On Social Service Agencies Entering The Urban Village Community

The complexity and particularity of urban village community work is a big difficulty for social service organizations in villages. Social workers need to face many complex problems in the process of intervention in the community, also may face with resources and community are looking forward to the unequal situation. And the process and the effect of intervention of social work is different from before, this paper aims to study the social services selection factors in the way to enter the village stage and entered the stage of production. The study found, affecting social service agencies are mainly affected by the community capital mode, into the community approach choice of localization of social work mode and service organization of some objective factors. At the same time, this paper also discusses the participatory development model for social service organizations in community stage reference, pointed out that the comprehensive, widely, a fact that residents to participate in community service organizations to make the community to achieve good results, participation in work so as to pave the way for the services, to provide more comprehensive and efficient service for the floating population.
