This is not only clear development goals of communityeducation, community education and more specifically social responsibility.Increasing emphasis on education in the contemporary social analysis of communityeducation from the perspective of social era will have a significant value andtheoretical value.In this study, La Union County community kindergartens for the study, throughfield research and interviews, based on the analysis of the social, build a morecomplete method minority areas of community kindergartens social analysis.Research community education through traditional domestic social analysis, theOrganization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the latest social analysis,social analysis minority areas featured three paths sketched out a more completeanalysis methods and theories to improve them.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction. Described by the total lack ofcommunity kindergartens Union in social aspects, comments and countermeasures.Noted improved method feasible without voids.
