Purpose:Exercise is a feasible method for adjusting the intraocular pressure.The research monitor intraocular pressures change by the exercise that population with different degree of myopia,analyzing the effect of aerobic exercise on reducing eye pressure.Hope to provide theoretical basis for myopia people health movement and provide research material to explore myopia intraocular pressure regulation.Methods : 111 female students without sports training from Beijing sport university.According to the degree of myopia into non myopic groups(-0.5D?SE<+0.5D),moderate myopia group(-6.0D<SE?-3.0D),high myopia group(-9.0D<SE?-6.0D).Carried out in accordance with the maximum heart rate percentage of low(52%-63%HRmax),medium(64%-75%HRmax)and high(76%-87%HRmax)intensity aerobic exercise.Intraocular pressure,blood pressure and heart rate change process ia recorded in the process of the movement and motion recovery.Date statistic and analysis is through spss 18.0.Results:(1)The myopia group base intraocular pressure value was significantly lower than moderate myopia group(P < 0.05),and high myopia(P < 0.01).(2)Low intensity aerobic exercise period intraocular pressure change was not significant.Exercise 2h after intraocular pressure significantly reduced.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise period and recovery period intraocular pressure were significantly reduced.High intensity cardio 5min intraocular pressure fall instantaneously and Intraocular pressure to maintain a lower trend during movement period.The intraocular pressure recovery period,moderate-high myopia group was obviously lower baseline intraocular pressure values and the emmetropia group of intraocular pressure change was not significant.(3)The myopia group and moderate myopia group recovery intraocular pressure have a significant recovery trend.The intraocular pressure of high myopia group was significantly lower than baseline intraocular pressure values during recovery.(4)The intraocular pressure and systolic blood pressure does not change significantly related.The intraocular pressure and diastolic blood pressure does not change significantly related.The emmetropia,moderate and high myopia intraocular pressure and mean perfusion pressure were significantly negative correlation.The intraocular pressure and heart rate is not significant correlation.Conclusions: The intensity of aerobic exercise was between 64 and 75 percent of the maximum heart rate,and the decrease of intraocular and moderate myopia was pronounced.High myopic pressure regulation need higher exercise intensity than non-myopic and moderate myopia.The reduction of intraocular pressure caused by high intensity aerobic exercise in 30 min can be maintained over 2h.
