With the deepening of the reform of basic education,new requirements and guidance are put towards to basic education according to the 2010 national long-term education reform and development programs,new challenges to teachers’ education at the same time. PCK is the most effective part in Teachers’ knowledge structure,it’s the key factor in the quality of teachers’ teaching.And it is one of the important evaluation criteria whether teachers achieve their professional level.PCK, the abbreviation of Pedagogical Content Knowledge, is a kind of special integration of individual teacher’s personal teaching experience, knowledge of subject matter and pedagogy, a kind of representative form of a teacher’s knowledge and understanding of how to help students understand specific subject matter.This study analyzes the similarities and differences of 3 teachers’ PCK by questionnaires, interviews and analysis of real-time recording, etc. The objects of this research is new teachers, young teachers and expert teachers. The conclusions are:(1) New teachers are much weaker than the young teachers and expert teachers in the ability to solve the problems of mechanical movement. Vision is limited to the key of teaching, ignoring some of the details, and teaching strategy is not rich enough.(2) For new teachers and young teachers, the contact between the understanding of mechanical movement is shallow, they’re unable to guide students to use mechanical movement in real life well.(3) Three groups of teachers have a variety of characterization about the mechanical movement,for example, new teachers focus on real situations; young teachers focus on teaching strategies; the most expert teachers focus on the interest of students’ learning.(4) Expert teachers’ PCK is skilled, they developed on students’ knowledge, can consider the issue from the students’ point.In a word, they are thinking more in-depth teaching behavior.
