Research On The Construction Of H University Financial Management Information Platform

Under the impetus of computer technology and information technology,mankind has begun to enter into the new age of information.In order to achieve the modernization of universities' education and management,it is necessary for universities to integrate the traditional teaching and management mode with modern science and technology,thus promoting the development of universities' teaching and management level.Currently,Chinese universities has been basically completed the computerized accounting and financial information 'process in financial management,but it has been unable to adapt to the needs of social development by simply rely on financial management software to carry out the financial management.Universities need to connect the financial systems and other functional management system in order to establish an effective financial information management platform.In this context,this article studies how H University solves its financial information reform issues.The main contents studied in this paper is that how to build a financial information management platform for H University.In this paper,we refer to the extensive literature on the basis of universities' financial management and present the status and issues in detail.Then we pointed out the specific solution ideas and methods for our countries' universities.Finally,this paper analyzes the status of H University in the construction process of financial information management platform.On this basis,we propose some specific solutions and response agendas.This research has made important conclusions.After analyzing the status and development objectives of H University's financial information process,we noted that H University should strengthen the construction of financial information platform from the following aspects:first,set up the system's leading group;second,improve the financial skills and service sense of the staff;third,improve the specific functions of each management system;fourth,strengthen the construction of the financial management system;fifth,establish a data exchange platform to link different business management systems;Sixth,strengthen the construction and management of network security.
