Apple is the founder of the new Marx doctrine American education theory in twentieth Century 70 years, first advocated critical education in North america. Not only is he a keen scholar, but he is a tireless activist. In the profound theoretical writings, actively promote the international democratic education practice reform, involving Europe and the United States as well as Asia and many other countries and regions. This paper, from the perspective of Marx’s philosophy, introduce of his critical educational ideas. First, it examines how legitimate knowledge is formed, through the criticism of the legitimate knowledge and questioning knowledge legitimacy. And then, it analyzes the legitimate knowledge maintenance, knowledge legalization and its right mechanism. Legal knowledge is not a legitimate reason lies in the intervention effect of knowledge power. Disintegrating intellectual power and establishing the real legitimate knowledge can maintain fair knowledge and the equal relationship between people in the enlightenment. Finally, from the relationship between apple and the Marxist, it analyzes the theoretical connotation of Apple’s education thoughts, and Apple’s education thought of contributions and limitations.
