Research On The Structural Adjustment Of Higher Education Subject In Heilongjiang Province Based On Leading Industry

The structure of the academic disciplines of higher education plays a decisive role for the cultivation and supply of talents; it also has an important effect on the demands for the development of social economy, especially for the development of industry. The reasonable professional structure of higher education will promote the regional economic development and social progress. Heilongjiang Province requested its restructuring higher education that optimize the Structure of the academic disciplines, adjust the discipline structure to adapt to the “eight major economic zones”construction and the demands of the industrial structure adjustment, to build the distinctive characteristics of the overall layout of disciplines with reasonable structure and organic complementary.Even after years of development, Heilongjiang Province has formed a complete professional structural system of higher education, but there are some problems, outstanding performance in the output of high-level personnel provincial universities are weak, the imbalances of the higher education hierarchy, the regional distribution of higher education disciplines are unreasonable, school characteristics of provincial colleges and universities has weakening, the new professional lack of targeted and uncoordinated between the disciplines structure and industrial development. The causes of these problems generally include the low level of economic development, the ineffective government macroeconomic regulation and control, Cooperation of industry and school and scientific research institution deficiency, extensive development pattern in colleges and universities, universities self-inaccurate positioning, lower core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. According to the above problems, it should be taken a series of measures to adjust the structure of the academic disciplines of the Heilongjiang province higher education, such as, to strengthen the government macroeconomic regulation and control, adjusting the specialty structure according with the requirements of the industrial structure change, keeping the characteristics of the provincial colleges and universities which has industry background, clear the personnel training`s level of colleges and universities, and to strengthen the university-industry cooperation as well as the practical skills training. I hope that this study would provide some reference for adjusting the structure of the academic disciplines of Heilongjiang province higher education.
