The deepening of the new curriculum reform has brought new changes in teachers’ quality requirements. Especially with the promulgation of the 《 National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)》. Improving teachers’ comprehensive quality, and for high quality and specialization has become the essential requirement of teacher education. Teacher professionalization is the important means to realize the new curriculum reform and the decisive factor of success of new curriculum reform.With the continuous development of pedagogical content knowledge of research results, it has attracted more and more people’s attention. It has been found that Pedagogical Content Knowledge is the difference between the teacher and other industries, and it is peculiar to the teachers’ knowledge. It also has a significant impact on teachers’ teaching work.It is the basic factors to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality. Pre-service teachers of the pedagogical content knowledge structure, can measure the level of pre-service teachers, can influence its adapt to teachers’ work. Have rich knowledge, is the foundation of pre-service teachers as soon as possible to adapt to work, and the basic tools to help them to become excellent teachers.It is studying the structure of the knowledge of experiment teaching about physics pre-service teachers in junior middle school, is a description for the knowledge of experimental teaching. This study used two different clues, one is to interview to outstanding physics teachers, and understand the situation of good teachers about the teaching knowledge of physics experiment in junior middle school. The other one is through questionnaire survey for physics pre-service teachers to understand physics pre-service teachers in junior middle school about the structure physics experiment teaching of knowledge. Then find the differences by contrasting the two clues. Summarize ways to help improve physics pre-service teachers’ knowledge of experimental teaching.Through the survey found that physics pre-service teachers’ knowledge about experiment teaching and the experiment requires knowledge about experimental courses junior in middle school is defective, experimental skills of laboratory equipment related knowledge and about students experimental study is poor and Inadequate attention. The main reason is that not specific enough and deeper about understanding of relevant knowledge, less reading about pedagogics books and professional articles. Lack of understanding about the students is the main reason that the pre-service teachers’ teaching strategies knowledge, teaching evaluation knowledge and knowledge about students learning is defective. It also results in the biggest difference between pre-service physical teachers and outstanding physics teachers. After the investigation, from their own and external two aspects, summarize several methods to improve teachers’ teaching knowledge effectively.
