This paper selects 315 five-year post-secondary normal school students from two normal schools in Jining as subjects, using questionnaires survey, and comprehensively reviewed of the characteristics of test anxiety of five-year post-secondary normal school students, the feather of academic self-efficacy and personality, and to further analyzed the relations between the three. According to results of this study, we can conclude the following conclusions:1. Different five-year post-secondary normal school students in the branch N have significant difference; but in test anxiety, academic self-efficacy and the branch scale E, P and L have not significant difference.2. The five-year post-secondary normal school students have not significantly different in gender in test anxiety, academic self-efficacy and personality.3. The five-year post-secondary normal school students only children and the differences were significant different in academic ability in anxiety self-efficacy, test anxiety, academic behavior self-efficacy and personality were not significantly different.4. The different grades of the five-year post-secondary normal school students in the branch scale L have significant difference; in the test anxiety, academic self-efficacy, personality P, E, N were not significant on difference.5. Different professional of five-year post-secondary normal school students in test anxiety and the brand scale L have significant differences; the academic self-efficacy in the two factors, personality characteristics of P, E, N on both facts were not significant difference.6. The five-year post-secondary normal school students have a remarkable relation in the test anxiety, academic self-efficacy and personality; academic self-efficacy and test anxiety of subjects have a strong negative correlation; Personality E and test anxiety was significantly stronger negative correlation, Personality N and test anxiety have highly significant positive correlation. academic self-efficacy and personality characteristics were significantly related; Personality E and academic ability self-efficacy was significantly positively relation; Personality N and academic self-efficacy have significantly the strong negative correlation; Personality N and academic behavior self-efficacy was significantly stronger negative correlation.7. The five-year post-secondary normal school students on academic self-efficacy and personality significantly predict the test anxiety.
