Under the background of global professional teachers, pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) is the academic construction of the teacher’s professional. The pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) as "alloy" subject knowledge and teaching knowledge is the distinction between teaching experts and technical experts with a comprehensive knowledge. So the research of different teachers’ PCK development to accelerate the specialization of teachers is very important.Our research on Teachers’ professional knowledge is relatively late, to study the subject teaching knowledge of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge combination is less and less, and this has important implications for teaching. Therefore, for the study of primary school mathematics teacher PCK can not only make the teachers in primary school mathematics have better learning direction and professional knowledge, also have fast growth for new teachers, promoting rapid expert teachers.In this study, by using literature analysis, interview, classroom observation and other research methods, select four teachers of mathematics from a primary school of Shenyang city as the research object, which is divided into new teachers and expert teachers were compared between the two groups, the edition of Beijing Normal University primary school mathematics the fourth grade book "journey time and speed", the fifth grade book "finding prime" as research material, the similarities and differences between the new mathematics teachers and expert teachers of primary school PCK. In the thesis, mainly introduces the research questions, research significance and research questions clear concept definition, this paper elaborates on the new teachers and expert teachers, mathematics PCK from foreign and domestic point of view, to provide sufficient theory basis for the next study; knowledge, curriculum in primary school mathematics teaching by teachers and the expert teacher knowledge, students’ knowledge and teaching strategies of knowledge are analyzed and compared in detail, status of new primary school mathematics teachers and expert teachers in our country PCK in detail; summarizes the status of teaching knowledge of new teachers and expert teachers discipline from the search contents, and the primary school mathematics teachers and expert teachers to further improve the recommendations of the PCK.
