The 19th CPC central committee put forward that:the people should be satisfied with education and improve the quality of teachers.The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era cannot be separated from the high-level faculty.The achievement of basic education reform goal and quality education requires a team of expert teachers to shoulder the responsibility of education.In primary school,mathematics is one of the most important subjects.Good mathematics learning can lay the foundation of subject knowledge,thinking logic and other aspects for students' subsequent development.Students achieve a solid grasp of mathematical knowledge,and lay a solid foundation of thinking depends on the teacher's "delivery".It is a particularly complicated process for teachers to transform their own knowledge into knowledge that students can accept and acquire.In primary school mathematics teaching,expert teachers can be competent in the teaching and scientific research of primary school mathematics,and at the same time,they are also the goal to be advanced and achieved by other teachers of the subject.Therefore,it has become a valuable research to study the knowledge structure of' expert teachers of mathematics in primary schools,especially the structure characteristics of PCK(subject teaching knowledge).This paper adopts literature method,case method,classroom observation method and interview method for research.The characteristics and influencing factors of PCK(subject teaching knowledge)of teacher W in Changchun Foreign Language Experimental School were studied and analyzed scientifically and carefully.Through the analysis of classroom case study,combined with interviews,the elementary school mathematics characteristics of expert teacher's PCK case analysis results for the analysis of four dimensions:based on the characteristics of the mathematics knowledge as well as study the teacher must have solid mathematics and theory knowledge,has the reasonable and complete knowledge structure and comprehensive mathematics knowledge as well as high degree;Through the research on the characteristics of mathematics teaching knowledge,it is concluded that teachers should have strong research level of mathematics education,outstanding design literacy and teaching innovation,as well as effective mathematics teaching and guidance ability.Through the study of the characteristics of mathematics curriculum knowledge,it is concluded that teachers should be able to deeply understand the curriculum standards and master the curriculum content skillfully.Through the research on the characteristics of students' knowledge,it is concluded that teachers should fully understand students' mathematical learning ability and understand the current thinking situation of students,and pay more attention to the guidance of students' learning habits.The main influencing factors are:teacher subject knowledge is the self-pursuit of teacher role realization,the promotion of personal career ideal and the need of professional development inspired by working atmosphere;The factors of teachers' teaching knowledge are the guidance and guidance of famous teachers,the support and encouragement of leaders and the influence and inspiration of colleagues.The factors of teachers' curriculum knowledge are the increasing recognition of mathematics curriculum and the clear understanding of the status and function of primary mathematics curriculum.The factor of students' learning knowledge is to understand and know the students they face and the humanistic environment and atmosphere they like and love in school.Therefore,the author puts forward the following Suggestions:primary school mathematics teachers should consolidate the knowledge of mathematics discipline and teaching method,improve the practical skills of mathematics,and adhere to the original heart and belief of mathematics education;Primary school mathematics teachers should integrate subject knowledge,perfect knowledge structure,improve mathematics education research ability,be good at observation and grind the experience of famous teachers.Expert-type primary school mathematics teachers should read periodicals frequently to gain new knowledge and go out for training.
