“The outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial)" explicitly pointed out: "developing and utilizing all kinds of curriculum resources, the school should give full play to the library, laboratories, specialized, and all kinds of teaching facilities and practice base; widely used outside the library, museum, exhibition hall, science and technology Museum, factories, rural areas, military and scientific research institutes and other various social resources and abundant natural resources; to actively use and development of curriculum resources of infor mation." The new curriculum reform in the new period of the teaching of the base is very importance as a kind of rich and distinctive curriculum resources. With the new curriculum reform, we should let the students feel more and more into the community, into the nature, with their own personal experience, feel the history of human development and growth of their own. The curriculum implementation by the school closed education does not reflect its value completely, must be combined by theoretical study and practical activities, let the students into the real situation, the ability and behavior to achieve the value pursuit of curriculum construction."Experience base construction" is an important carrier of the implementation of the new curriculum idea, and it is the main link between school education and social education, has its irreplaceable role, it can make the students in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in the influence character by environment to accept scientific knowledge, broaden students’ vision of Science, improve the scientific literacy of the students ability and the. We should try to build a good internal and external base, to provide effective services for the activities, to meet the requirements of the curriculum implementation. However, through the literature search and actual classroom observation, the study found that experiential learning in school has some problems, such as: the existing teaching conditions(time, software and hardware environment) can not meet the learning requirements, the implementation of the lack of effective support, the theory base of the concept behind, cease to exist except in name. First of all, many schools do not understand the significance of base course, base in a hushed excitement. Secondly, the base just as student’s leisure or entertainment, looks very busy, in fact there is not much significance. Third, the lack of base course level and innovation, lack of attraction and development space. The base in curriculum construction is facing many difficulties and challenges. How to further strengthen the construction and management of primary and middle school base curriculum, organization and management, earnestly do a good job in the development and implementation of base course activities, to better achieve sustainable development of the base, we need to practice and thinking deeply.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research origin and research status. The second part discusses the definition of the theory on the basis of the experience theory and related concepts. The third part of the experience base of curriculum and teaching activities in the Chong Ming area of Shanghai City, the experience of curriculum and teaching research of base. First, a simple analysis of the categories and characteristics of Chong Ming County life science experience base; second, including the construction of base course, experience: first, the research base of resources; two section structure; the preparation of three of the programme of activities; four, activities of the implementation of the recommendations in four parts; third, experience base of the implementation of teaching activities, respectively. For example, analyze and summarize the practice base and base outside school activities. Fourth, experience base of activity evaluation mechanism; fifth, the construction of supporting environment for the development of the course experience base and teaching activities, including five points: policy support environment, mechanism, support environment linkage support environment, material support environment, professional environment. The fourth part mainly through the way of questionnaire survey, on the base of Chong Ming County the experience of curriculum and teaching activities were investigated, and the results were analyzed. The fifth part, firstly summarize the experience base of Chong Ming County life science curriculum and teaching activities by the enlightenment, the second for the questionnaire results puts forward some thoughts and corresponding solutions.
