Curriculum Reform of Basic Education proposed that we should attach great importance to students’ learning interest. Students’ physical learning interest has an immediate impact on their academic achievement. Nobody has investigated on the question that if physical experiment ownership of the students is connected to their physical learning interest or not. So this article has investigated students’ interest in physical and the relations between students’ physical learning interest and their physical experiment ownership.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign essays on the research, the author designed the questionnaires. Its reliability equals 0.951. The respondents are students in grade 8 and 9 of one middle school in Ji Ning. There were distributed 400 questionnaires and 375 questionnaires were recovered. The author analyzed all kinds of data: questionnaire data, interview data of students and teachers.The study found that students’ curriculum interest is in the middle level; there are significant difference between grades and gender; students has a low degree of life experiment, boys than girls; physical experiment ownership of the students and their physical learning interest correlated significantly. This article analyzes and discusses the reasons of the results and makes suggestions to develop physical curriculum interest.
